Work From Home  |  2021  |  Illustration

While working remotely along with thousands of other folks during covid, we at Sparklin decided to write a blog on how to escape the remote working blues with our top five communication insights. Below are the graphics I created to make the blog more visually effective and keep the readers engaged!

The idea was to keep the visuals smart yet simple enough to understand. Hence, a dual color tone along with minimal shapes was finalized. The font used throughout all the visuals is Didot. Its thin and thick strokes strike a great balance: the tone we want the readers to perceive.

The banner image below represents what mostly happens on our daily work calls.

The intent of the graphic below is to show that it’s important sometimes to have casual conversations during your time at work, more than work.

The graphic below uses common symbols used for conversations/chats to depict effective communication.

This is one of my favorite visuals where I depict the typical WFH routine! The chat bubbles represent the hours on the clock along with possible activities that take place.

We all know breaks are important, and that was my motive for creating this visual. The change in the color and shape of the form shows how a person feels better and more at ease when on break.

Mehfil (Friday night plans for unlimited banter) is what we did in Sparklin. Hence, at times it’s important to prioritize fun over work.

All said and done, we agree that having the freedom to work at your own pace and in your own space is simply the best! #Workfromhomeisnotsobad — excerpt from the blog.
